Larp Supplies and Eccentricities
Larp supplies by a pair of college students...
We started our shop to help supplement the cost of college--mainly paying for our rent. We first started out selling rabbit furs to the members of our larp, but then we started buying and selling cool larp-y looking items we'd find at garage sales, then Diana started making leather projects and latex weapons and shields to sell to them and Shelly started sewing for them. When we came back to school in the fall, we had less access to our fellow larpers, so we needed another outlet for our sales--etsy. Since we started, we've sold larp supplies, furs and skulls, and recently expanded into steampunk accessories and shell casings.
I'm a student at University of Wisconsin-- Stevens Point. I do most of the sewing and/or jewelry items when I'm not in class, working, or reading!
I'm the leatherworker for our shop. I make all of the armor, pouches, and hats! When I'm not making items for etsy, I'm going to class at UW Stevens Point or playing video games.
Cinder spends most of her time laying in the way or sleeping on the couch. She's VERY helpful when she picks up anything left laying around and brings it to us. Her favorite things to carry around are Diana's wooden mallet and leather creaser.
Mira is a German wirehaired pointer/laborador retreiver mix. Because she is a puppy, she hinders productivity rather than helps it, but she definitely keeps things lively!
Dovahkiin was a member of the shop for 4 years, but recently passed away. He is still a mascot in spirit!
Shippo and Shiro are the newest members of the shop! They spend their days destroying the toys we painstakingly make for them and mooching sunflower seeds from us.
